Supervisors And Craftspeople You Will Actually Meet

Infectious Awareables keeps planning and production close. The same people who walk your rooms also check the punch list. That is how a kitchen, bath, or paint finish stays consistent from week one to handover.

How The Crew Is Structured

A project manager owns the written scope. A site supervisor owns the daily sequence. Trades—carpentry, tile, paint, flooring, and lighting—report through that supervisor so decisions are not made three times.

Before a crew arrives, the house is protected: floors covered, furniture shifted, HVAC returns filtered when sanding is planned. At the end of each day, walkways are cleared. Those habits are trained, not optional.

What Homeowners Notice

People remember whether someone explained the next step. Our team is coached to share what will be noisy, what will be dusty, and which rooms will stay open. That is part of the craft, not an extra service.

If you prefer a single point of contact, you will have one. Email updates follow each milestone: demolition complete, rough-in accepted, finishes started, punch list closed.

Get To Know Us

Ask for the supervisor who will be on your job when you send a quote request. We introduce the people, not only the package.
